Forms

This folder contains basic forms used by SCAT managers and planners.

There are five categories of forms:

The forms have evolved through time and reflect the experiences gained and lessons learned for field surveys, most recently on the Deepwater Horizon SCAT program. The forms can and should be modified to fit each spill response or environmental situation, although it is expected that changes primarily would be in the Shoreline Type, Coastal Character and Operations Features (Boxes 4 and 5). The date at the top of a form should be revised when changes are made to a form.

Future additions to this folder will include additional forms for different coastal environments (arctic, tropical, etc.) and accompanying explanation sheets to assist in the completion of the forms.

Additional forms can be found on the shoreline SCAT plans page.
